Our Story
Guodong Zhao started Silmkeep after his daughter's pediatrician recommended more physical activity. He couldn't afford a gym membership, and the equipment at home was cheap and fell apart. He built his own — and Silmkeep was born.
The name combines "slim" and "keep" — keep fit, keep going, keep showing up. The dumbbells are adjustable, hexagonal so they don't roll, with non-slip grips. The jump rope has ball bearings for smooth rotation and foam handles that don't hurt your palms.
Every Silmkeep product is designed for home workouts that actually work — no gym membership required. Guodong still works out in his garage 20 minutes every morning. He's never missed a day in three years.
