Our Story

Peixiang Li worked as a barista through college and developed an obsession with coffee. He could tell you the roast level, the bean origin, the water temperature — but he couldn't find good specialty coffee at a price he could afford on a barista's salary.

MIXIM started with a single bag: medium-roast Arabica beans from Yunnan, roasted in small batches in Guangzhou. The name is a playful nod to "mix" — the art of blending flavors that work together. The coffee has notes of chocolate and caramel, smooth enough for milk drinks and flavorful enough black.

The cookie gift boxes came from his barista days: customers always asked what to pair with their coffee. MIXIM cookies are baked fresh, individually wrapped, and made with real butter — no artificial flavors.
