Our Story
Chenguang Xu created CUTELOCK for his daughter, who at 14 was watching YouTube makeup tutorials but couldn't afford the products she saw. He spent months researching cosmetic formulas and connected with a manufacturer in Guangzhou that supplies to major European brands.
The name means "cute" + "lock" — locking in beauty that lasts. CUTELOCK products are designed for young people exploring makeup for the first time: forgiving formulas, buildable coverage, and prices that don't require parental supervision. The matte lipstick glides on smoothly even if you've never worn lipstick before.
Every CUTELOCK product is cruelty-free, paraben-free, and dermatologist-tested — because looking good should never mean compromising on safety.
