Our Story

Yonggao Li grew up between two worlds: the bustling spice markets of Guangzhou and the elegant perfume ateliers of Paris. As a young chemist working in fragrance labs, he noticed something troubling — high-end perfumes cost a fortune, while drugstore brands smelled cheap and chemical.

In 2020, he set out to bridge that gap. He partnered with Grasse-born perfumer Elodie Marchand to create scents that capture the same emotion as luxury fragrances — without the luxury markup. The result? AosRos: beauty that feels personal, not pretentious.

Every AosRos lipstick is tested on 40 different skin tones. Every fragrance is composed with naturally derived essential oils. We don't follow trends — we create scents and colors that feel like you, whether you're heading to a board meeting or a first date.
