Our Story

It all started at a Sunday morning family breakfast in 2019. Founder Chenguang Xu watched his grandmother carefully arrange each ceramic bowl on the table — the way she had done for forty years. He noticed something strange: every bowl in modern kitchens looked the same, cold and functional, yet none felt like home.

Inspired by the hand-thrown ceramics he remembered from his grandfather's pottery studio, Chenguang spent two years working with master artisans in Jingdezhen — China's ancient porcelain capital. He tested over 200 glaze formulas until he found the perfect balance: durable enough for everyday use, yet beautiful enough to make a simple bowl of oatmeal feel special.

Today, every AOMOA piece carries that same philosophy — quiet beauty, thoughtful design, and the warmth of a well-loved table. We believe that beautiful kitchenware isn't a luxury. It's the quiet companion to every meal you share, every morning you start, every story you tell around the table.
